Group learning sessions — scheduled live classes where multiple learners participate simultaneously under the guidance of an instructor.
Individual sessions — private one-on-one lessons tailored to the specific needs and pace of the individual learner.
Personalized learning paths — structured curricula adapted to the learner's current skill level, goals, and progress.
Instructional materials — supplementary resources including exercises, references, and recorded content accessible through the platform.

4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information current at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Kisqavo immediately at info@kisqavo.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Kisqavo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
Kisqavo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to other users, instructors, or the platform.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
— Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform or its technical systems;
— Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the platform;
— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its services;
— Harvest, collect, or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent;
— Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access or interact with the platform;
— Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
— Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All content available on the Kisqavo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, course materials, software, logos, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of Kisqavo or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Kisqavo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorization from Kisqavo.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the platform, including messages, questions, or responses during sessions, you grant Kisqavo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain services offered on the platform require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all stated fees in full.
7.2 Billing
You authorize Kisqavo or its designated payment processors to charge the payment method you have provided. All transactions are processed securely. Kisqavo does not store full payment card details on its servers.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and conditions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Where a refund is warranted, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please contact info@kisqavo.com with any billing inquiries.
8. Sessions and Scheduling
Group and individual sessions are subject to availability and scheduled at designated times. You are responsible for attending sessions on time. Kisqavo reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where a session is cancelled by Kisqavo without an equivalent substitute, an appropriate remedy will be offered.
Repeated failure to attend scheduled individual sessions without reasonable prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, subject to the specific cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
9. Conduct During Sessions
You agree to participate in all sessions in a respectful and constructive manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited during any live or interactive session:
— Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior directed at instructors or other participants;
— Sharing or displaying content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate;
— Recording sessions without the prior written consent of Kisqavo and all participants;
— Sharing your login credentials to allow unauthorized persons to attend sessions.
Kisqavo reserves the right to remove any participant from a session and suspend or terminate their account for violations of these conduct standards.
10. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by the Kisqavo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the kisqavo.com website.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Kisqavo. These links are provided for your convenience only. Kisqavo has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. You access third-party resources entirely at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and all services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kisqavo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. No warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kisqavo expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kisqavo, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Kisqavo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Kisqavo's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Kisqavo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kisqavo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
